Hello everyone! My name is Dan Carabas and I am an MHC student at Baruch College studying Finance and Investments. I was born in Romania, but my family and I moved to New York in 2002. I currently live in Astoria (A.K.A. Greekville) but I spend a large majority of my time in Manhattan. I love New York City because it is by far the most diverse place I have ever been to. No matter how bad my day is there is always something in this city that will make everything better. Doing this project was very interesting because it allowed us to look at and compare two of the most unique communities in NYC. The reason I say these two communities are so unique is because unlike most other communities they are largely homogeneous.
