The Veterans

The Vietnam veterans played an integral role in our project. It is only from their first hand accounts that this project could have come to be. The clips featured in our presentation show but a sliver of the wealth of knowledge that the veterans provided us with. Despite our extensive efforts, we were unable to feature a woman in our presentation. This, however, reflects the small number of women who served in uniform (approximately 8000, primarily nurses) during the Vietnam War.

Biographies of the Vietnam Veterans we interviewed are featured below.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the interviewees for their time and consideration. Their experiences and wealth of knowledge provided the groundwork for the entire project. Thank you!
