Graduate School Support

Approximately 10% attend medical schools, 10% attend law schools, and others pursue Masters and Ph.D. degrees in fields such as neuroscience, public policy, business, education and more.

Advising

Students discuss graduate school possibilities with their advisors early in their Macaulay career. Macaulay advisors on campus help them refine course selections, prepare for entrance exams and weigh different degree options.

Graduate School Admissions Events

Macaulay students will learn about open houses, panel discussions and tours hosted by CUNY or other New York City-based graduate programs.

Professional Development

Macaulay also provides professional development to help students put their best foot forward in interviews. This guidance includes interview training, essay writing, test preparation and application assistance.

Research

Macaulay students have access to some of the world’s premiere research facilities, including the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center and Weill Cornell Medical College.
