The first step to recruiting Macaulay interns or research assistants is by creating a profile for your organization on Handshake, our online job board. Internships are posted year-round—there is no deadline. However, students begin searching for opportunities 3 months prior to the new semester (i.e. February, May, September). Post openings as early as possible.
