Student Spaces

The landmark Macaulay building offers free wi-fi, lots of power outlets to charge your devices and some of the cleanest bathrooms in CUNY. We also have newly installed vending machines for students and visitors alike!

Feel free to use the space to complete your next project, study together or plan your next adventure!

The building is open Monday-Friday 7am-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-11pm. If the doors are locked when you arrive, please ring the doorbell located just above the left doorknob for access. Everyone needs to present CUNY ID upon entering the building (guests of CUNY students must also present ID). While in the building, all students and guests must follow the Building Use Guidelines.

To reserve other building space for a club or meeting please make a reservation through the Club Macaulay Website.

No reservation is required, but on occasion this area may be in use for official functions or classes, and students may be directed to other appropriate areas in the building in those instances.
