Macaulay Honors College Foundation Board Adds New Alumni Members:  Adeola Akinrinade ’05 &  James Ganley ’12

The Macaulay Honors College Foundation Board is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members: Adeola Akinrinade ’05 and James Ganley ’12.

In addition to diverse professional strengths and a strong commitment to Macaulay’s mission, Adeola and James are Macaulay graduates who will enhance the college’s legacy of excellence for future student generations.

“It’s really exciting to see the growth of alumni members on our Foundation Board” says Brianne Donnelly, who heads up Alumni Relations. “Our graduates have the most invested in the school and their support and participation is critical to its future.”

Macaulay’s Board of Directors is a group of esteemed and dedicated leaders who offer their individual expertise in support of the college’s mission and goals. The new board members began their three year terms on June 1, and join four other alumni members. Alumni now constitute one-third of the Macaulay board.

Adeola AkinrinadeADEOLA AKINRINADE ’05 is a Director in the Financial Advisory Services Group at EisnerAmper and has over 10 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to companies and creditors. Her experience focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financings/refinancings, restructurings, bankruptcies and strategic advisory. Adeola has worked with clients across a wide range of industries including consumer, retail, industrials, energy, power and utilities, and media.

Prior to joining the firm, Adeola was part of the Corporate Finance Team at Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) where she worked on both debtor and creditor engagements in in-court and out-of-court restructuring situations. She received her BBA in Finance and Investments from Macaulay at Baruch.

James GanleyJAMES GANLEY is Vice President at Galatioto Sports Partners, a specialized financial services firm that focuses exclusively on providing non-securities advisory services to the sports industry.

James received his BA in Economics and Political Science from Macaulay at Hunter College and went on to earn his JD in 2015 from NYU School of Law, where he was a scholar in the Mitchell Jacobson Leadership Program in Law & Business. He was an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group starting in 2015. In 2019, James joined Galatioto Sports Partners LLC as a Vice President.
