Associate Director of Recruiting
Morrell is currently the Associate Director of Recruiting at COOP Careers and is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College. Morrell completed COOP’s Digital Marketing Program in Fall of 2016 and then began his career at iCrossing as a Social Media Community Manager followed by a position at Altice USA as a Brand and Social Media Specialist before joining COOP’s full-time staff in 2019 as the Recruiting and Alumni Manager after serving as a COOP Captain (Volunteer Peer Teacher/Mentor) twice.
Senior Recruiting Manager
Darren, a Senior Recruiting Manager at COOP Careers, is a CUNY Brooklyn College & COOP Careers alum. He completed COOP’s Digital Marketing Program in the Spring of 2016 and began his marketing career afterwards at Zenith Media as an Assistant Media Planner working on accounts such as Verizon, Samsung, and AstraZeneca. Darren later worked at Microsoft as an Bing Ads Account Specialist, where he helped managed some notable brands such as Google & Nike, with budgets between $60M to $90M annual spend Following Microsoft, Darren joined COOP’s HQ staff in August of 2018 in a hybrid role as Program Manager before transitioning to becoming a Recruiting Manager for COOP’s Digital Marketing Track (2019- Present).
Jamie is currently working as the Recruiting Manager at COOP Careers for the Data Analytics track and a graduate of Brooklyn College. Upon completing COOP’s Digital Marketing Program in the Fall/Winter of 2019, she was chosen to be one of her cohort’s ambassadors and used the skills learned in the program to support her efforts as a Social Media and Administrative Assistant at Touro College, where she produced digital content for the college’s social media as well as coordinated events for incoming students. While working full-time at Touro College Jamie paid it forward to her COOP Community as a part of the inaugural NYC Recruiting Specialist program where she conducted phone screens and helped facilitate group interviews for COOP’s Fall 2020 class.
