Annual Technology Reinventory for Students, Faculty, Staff, & TLCs
As part of the New York State Mandated Reinventory program, all students in the classes of 2025 and 2026 (current juniors and sophomores), faculty, staff and TLCs must complete this form by November 17, 2023. This form is to confirm that you still have a Macaulay-issued laptop or other technology in your possession.
If you are currently a freshman or a senior (class of 2027 or 2024), please do not complete this form; it does not apply to you.
